Shipping Information:
We ship by USPS Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx. Items will be shipped within 2 Business days of receipt of order.
Item's requiring Sizing and Stone Setting require a One to Two Week Lead Time before Shipping.
We do accept returns by these guidelines.
Returns of Loose Diamonds, Loose Gemstones and Finished Jewelry are to be received by Gold Coast Jewelers within 10 days of invoice date. All other returns are to be received by Gold Coast Jewelers, Such as Semi-mounts etc, within 30 days of invoice date. Items with manufacturing defects may be returned for exchange at any time.
Please e-mail us to obtain a RMA (Return Materials Authorization). We will then E-mail or Fax you the Return Address. Once your item is inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days of Return. Please follow the Below Guidelines for Returns:
1. Items special ordered, altered (Such as Sizing), cut, Damaged by Wear, or manufactured to your specifications, cannot be canceled or accepted for credit or exchange. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
2. Please return the merchandise in its original condition and packaging, including envelopes, bags and boxes. Send with the completed Merchandise Return and Order Form from your invoice. Merchandise returned without this form or a copy of the invoice may be charged a service fee of $10.00, or we may return the merchandise to you at your expense.
3. Package merchandise securely, insure it, and ship it to: Gold Coast Jewelry, Attention: Customer Service, 1030 Barrows Drive, Suisun City, CA 94585
4. Products cannot be ordered for review. Such returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. A 15% restocking fee may also be charged for all returns from customers who consistently abuse the return privilege.
5. Refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed packages will be charged a 10% handling fee, plus postage.
Gold Coast Jewelers cannot be held responsible for returned merchandise if these procedures are not followed.
